Terms of service.

Payment: Payment in full is required for all hourly reservations. A deposit of 50% for full day reservations and payment must be made in full the day before your event.

Cancellations: Conference room reservations may be cancelled 7 days prior with no penalty and full refund. Any cancellations of 6-4 days, will be a full credit to use at a later date. Any cancellation less than 48 hours will receive no credit or refund.

Setup, Additional Services & Overtime: Setup for table and chairs must be provided to Sammelplatz two business days prior to reservation. Once reservation is made Sammelplatz will email the reservation holder setup options. Any additional setup or last-minute changes to setup outline, may result in an additional $50/hour fee. If meeting or event goes beyond the reserved end time listed above, a $50 fee will be charged for every 30 minutes over.

Rental Guidelines

Parking: Lessee and guests of the lessee may use any available Sammelplatz’s parking. Additional parking may be available in surrounding areas. Sammelplatz resumes no liability for vehicles, contents, or passengers due to damage, negligence, vandalism, or theft.

Alcohol, Smoking, and Tobacco use is Prohibited: The consumption or use of alcohol and/or tobacco products is strictly prohibited in the building and the property of Sammelplatz. Violation of this policy will result in a $250 penalty and may lead to immediate termination of rental and future rentals without a refund. Exceptions to the alcohol policy should be requested in advance of finalizing your reservation and are at the sole discretion of Sammelplatz staff.

Reasonable Care in use of Premises: Lessee shall use reasonable care in its use of the leased premises and shall observe reasonable precautions to avoid damage to the leased premises. Lessee shall not usethe leased property in any manner that poses unnecessary hazard to building or occupants. Any damageto building, property, or equipment that is caused by lessee or lessee’s guest, will result in Lessee beingliable for cost of repairs or replacement if necessary. Any damages should be reported immediatelytoSammelplatz. Meeting rooms can only be used for approved purposes. Nothing should be attached tothe walls, ceiling, or fixtures unless preapproved by Sammelplatz. No candles or confetti is allowed.Lessee is responsible for removing trash and/or foodthat may create an odor.

Theft and/or Vandalism: Lessees is responsible for any loss or damages to any furnishing or equipment as a result of theft or vandalism caused by Lessee, its guests, employees, or agents.

Kitchenette and Catering Services: A kitchenette with a sink and refrigerator is available for use. Sammelplatz does not provide any utensils, cutlery, or serving ware. Any food or catering services must be cleaned-up by lessee. Additional fee of $50 will apply if clean-up is not completed by lessee.

Number of Occupants: Lessee agrees that occupancy of rented meeting rooms shall not exceed limited occupancy levels.

Animals: Lessee shall have no domestic or other animals in or on Sammelplatz property. Service animals are allowed.
